Can I cancel / exchange my order?

Al Aseal Company aims to ship all orders within 1 business day from receiving the order, therefore no changes can be made after you have placed your order. And will only accept an exchange if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition; no exchange will be made for products that have been opened or are returned damaged. NB: All shipping costs for cancel/ exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change my address?

As we process and ship all orders as soon as possible, we do not accept any address changes after your order has been placed. All address change requests will be reviewed as soon as possible, and if the order has not been submitted to our warehouse, then we will process your cancellation if possible.

How much does shipping cost?

Tracked shipping is offered with Aramex & Colidi couriers, and the cost for this is calculated at check out, based on the quantity of your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. But maximum it will take about three to four business days.
