AL ASEAL company was launched in 2013 in Lebanon by 3 urban young men. They started the business in their village evolved to become the most popular brand of honey in the Middle East region. Today, although we have moved to a more advanced workshop, we keep the same honey culture that emanated from our kitchen, so you can enjoy our delicious and pure “Homemade Honey with a Mother’s Love”. We produce our honey in our beehives according to strict criteria and we source our products from local beekeepers and artisans as we believe in empowering local communities as part of our engagement in society. We are distinguished by our unique production method, which relies on the movement of hives to follow the flowering seasons, allowing bees to feed only on the nectar of flowers and trees. Al ASEAL Honey is the first to introduce honey as a gift or a favor with a carefully designed line of products with extraordinary packaging for baby birth, weddings, and other happy events.

AL ASEAL HONEY consistently endeavor’s to find varieties of raw honey from all over LEBANON and bring them to your table, exactly as the bees made them. We have over thirty virgin raw honey varietals in our collection. In addition, we offer delicious honey based food products like honey based toppings, honey spreads, glazes, vinegars and preserves. The objective is to eliminate or significantly reduce table sugar in our diet.

AL ASEAL company raw honey is strained through a sieve to separate debris & then directly bottled. You may find tiny specks in your honey and that would be pollen and really tiny bits of honeycomb debris. This is an indication that your honey isn’t subjected to filtration or heat.
Raw honey contains a host of amino acids, phytonutrients, proteins, enzymes, organic acids, flavonoids, minerals, vitamins and other micronutrients. Heat and moisture will destroy these beneficial properties.
